If the size of your keyword phrase is bigger than the rest of the text around it search engines will give more importance to that keyword phrase.

You can do this using the font tag as into this example: <font size="+3"> keyword phrase </font>. This will make the font size of the text inside the font tag bigger.

You should do this not only with texts from paragraphs, but from headings too.

You can also increase the font size from the css styles, by creating styles of different sizes and applying them when you need.
